The Beginnings of a Motivational Speaker

What can I say about being a motivational speaker besides it's one of my greatest joys in life.  I understand that my words have power and influence many young girls and women and I do not take for granted that I am blessed to positively transform the lives of the women I meet.

As a teenager I was often told I had the gift of encouragement and always thought what does that really mean.  As I stepped into my years as a young adult I began to understand a receive clarity on the idea that I naturally encourage people even when I'm not trying.  In my mid 20's I started stepping into my gift when I began an uplifting devotional email called Happy Friday Encouraging Word for little over 2 years. Happy Friday Encouraging Word started out one Friday at work when I was in the fashion industry. I was so excited it was Friday and when I looked around the office everyone seemed down and frustrated. I thought to myself, "if you can't be happy on Friday when can you be happy?"

 

Set out to bring some positive energy into my work environment I sent out a simple email to my department colleagues with two positive quotes.  Word soon spread about my email and within weeks I was sending my Happy Friday Encouraging Word email out to the entire company every Friday.  It grew into a full devotional that I would spend the week preparing spending hours praying and meditating on what positive word God would want me to share.  The emails went out to hundreds of people every Friday all around the world.  Happy Friday was my first step in the process of intentionally speaking hope, truth, and positivity into the lives of those around me.  Over a decade later I am still on my amazing journey of living out my God divine gift of encouraging and motivating people from all over.

Workshops

A workshop with me is nothing short of a lot of energy...LOL! When speaking I love to bring a lot of high energy and positivity so the moment attendees come in my presence they feel instantly feel a little different.  Below is a little additional information on a few of our most sought after workshops.  

  • Elevate Your Confidence: 

As women our confidence can sometimes waver based on how we feel, look, and view ourselves.  The Beautiful Life is dedicated to elevating the confidence of every extraordinary women through helpful beauty and fashion tips that can be easily executed.  Attend the “Elevating Your Confidence” Workshop and receive practical tools on how to put together a polished professional look so you not only look amazing but feel confident.

  • Overcoming Her Insecurities

We can all agree that insecurities is a big struggle women face on a daily bases.  In our fun but heartfelt workshop "Overcoming Her Insecurities we dive into tapping into our insecurities and the mask we use to cover hide behind.  For example a woman is insecure about her weight so she hides behind humor making fun of things and herself before anyone else does.  Sounds familiar?? In this workshop we identify the insecurities and the mask associated with each insecurities and then breakdown the insecurities and work on building up anew mindset of positive self talk to overcome the insecurities and leave the mask behind.

  • Beauty & Confidence "The Misconception"​

My Beauty & Confidence "The Misconception" focuses on the false beliefs women have around  how we define beauty and the the false beliefs of what it means to be a confident woman in today's society. Women can often mistake feeling beautiful as being confident but in reality beauty is small part of building up ones self-esteem but is not defined as confidence. This workshop is fun but impactful and it will definitely leave you rethinking your beauty beliefs.
